Order Processing and Proof Approval
Custom-Made Products: All of our products are made to order to ensure each item meets your specific requirements and preferences. Because each product is custom engraved, we require that you review and approve a proof before we begin production.
Proof Approval Process:
- Proof Delivery: After placing your order, you will receive a proof via email within 10 business days. This proof will show a digital representation of your custom engraving.
- Approval Required: Please review the proof carefully. You must respond to the email with your approval or any requested changes. Production will only commence once we receive your confirmed approval.
Processing Times:
- For Orders of 100 or Fewer Items: The estimated processing time is 2-3 weeks from the date of proof approval. This timeframe includes the engraving and quality control processes.
- For Orders Exceeding 100 Items: You will receive an estimate and proof image with details on the processing time via email. The processing time for larger orders will be based on the complexity and quantity of the items.
Important Notes:
- Order Modifications: Any changes to the approved proof may affect the processing time. Please ensure all details are correct before giving final approval.
- Delays: While we strive to meet our processing times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the estimated completion time.
Bulk Blanks: Order Processing & Delivery Times
Please note that all orders placed through our website are subject to an order processing time of 1-2 business days. This processing time is required to verify your order details and prepare your items for shipment.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
